Your order will undergo processing within 24-48 hours after placement, with dispatch aimed within the initial 24-48 hours, unless customizations or alterations are involved. It's important to note that unforeseen circumstances, such as national holidays, government regulations, natural disasters, or Acts of God, may lead to extensions in the specified timeline.

Delivery Charges:

For Domestic Orders:

 Enjoy the convenience of complimentary shipping on all prepaid domestic orders within India. No additional costs apply, regardless of your delivery destination's pin code.

 For orders utilizing the cash on delivery payment method, a flat logistic charge of INR 60 will be added, irrespective of the pin code or the quantity of items ordered.

For International Orders:

Our commitment to serving customers extends globally. For international orders up to USD 300, a flat shipping charge of USD 20 applies, regardless of the number of items ordered. Please note that our prices are inclusive of all taxes, except for any Import Duty that may be applicable at your destination.

Delivery Times:

We understand the importance of timely deliveries:

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 45 working days from the date of order placement.
• International orders usually reach their destination within 78 working days.
• However, if your order involves customizations or alterations, the delivery time may vary. For precise information on estimated delivery times, please feel free to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email.
• Note: In rare instances where delivery to your address is hindered due to its remote or interior location, our logistics partner, India Post, may contact you to arrange a convenient pickup.

Problems with Delivery:

 If you encounter any issues related to tracking your order, no receipt of your order, or any other delivery related challenges, please connect with our dedicated customer support team via WhatsApp or email. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly.

Issues with Delivered Orders:

Our aim is to ensure that your order reaches you as per your specifications and in topnotch condition. If you notice any discrepancies or omissions in your received items, please inform us.

 In cases where the items you've received do not align with your order, we will take immediate action to rectify the situation.

 If your order appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we kindly request that you do not accept the package from the delivery personnel. Instead, notify us promptly. If you do accept the package, make sure to clearly indicate on the form provided by the delivery personnel that you are receiving a tampered consignment. Taking a photograph will expedite our investigation and resolution process.
