Srajann Luxury Chikan Studio is committed to your satisfaction. You may return or exchange your order, or specific items within it, within seven days of receiving your order. If the return is not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please ensure that the product's tags remain intact, and the item is unused.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate a refund in the form of Credit in your Srajann Luxury Chikan Studio Wallet, which you can use for future purchases (not Cash or E-payment to your bank account).

Return & Exchange (International Orders):

If the return is not due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, including postage, customs/import duty, and other applicable fees. The product's tags must be intact, and the item should be unused.

Cancellation (PAN India):

We understand that you may change your mind or need to modify an order. Please contact our Customer Support Team to request changes to your order. We can accommodate cancellations or modifications unless the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse or is a customized order. The excess amount paid for pre-paid orders will be refunded as Credit in your Srajann Luxury Chikan Studio Wallet for future purchases.

Cancellation (International Orders):

Contact our Customer Support Team to request cancellations or modifications for international orders. Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed as Credit in your Srajann Luxury Chikan Studio Wallet. Please note that cancellations or modifications are not possible once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations depend on whether the order has been shipped from our warehouse or not. If the order has not been shipped, our Customer Support team can assist you. We operate on a 'No Questions Asked' policy for order cancellations. Customized orders cannot be canceled. Srajann Luxury Chikan Studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to quality issues or unforeseen reasons, with prior notification to the customer.
